Shipping Methods and Rates:
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over €150.
- Insured Shipping: Optional for all regions, providing extra security.
Processing and Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping option chosen. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Taxes and Duties: For most international orders, we use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method, where VAT and applicable taxes are prepaid, allowing for a smooth delivery experience without unexpected charges. However, in cases where DDP is not available, import duties, taxes, and additional charges may apply, and these remain the responsibility of the customer.
